      1.公司立项一款全新产品,该类型产品有两种情况;

我们常常说的需求把控能力,就是说对于一些功能需求导向不明确时,有经验和没经验的产品经理在这里有着显著的对比,这种对比不论是从工作效率还是方向把握问题,是无可厚非的,更何况是针对A类情况;
      产品初始阶段做的工作;
